I've been working on environmental and ethical issues in business for the last 16 years. I started out managing B&Q's supplier environmental audit programme and I was one of the founders of Impactt, a leading ethical trading consultancy. In 2005, with the environmental agenda looming large, I decided to return to my roots in sustainable development.

Over the years, I've worked for a wide range of clients including BT, IKEA, Marks & Spencer, Mothercare, Next, Nokia, SABMiller and Virgin. The knowledge and skills I've developed working for companies like these puts me in an ideal position to help your business.

My role is essentially that of a coach. I work with your team to build skills and confidence, to develop practical tools to reduce the company's impact and to influence others to do the same. My ultimate aim is to help you build a sustainable business.
